Oz Skills Careers College has a Terms and Conditions of Engagement Agreement with each employer that clearly sets out the refund of student fees.  All students engaged via an employer raised invoice will be subject to these terms.

Direct Student Refunds:

At Oz Skills Careers College a refund of fees is not made automatically. Fee refunds are only available to students who complete a Student Withdrawal Form within four (4) weeks of course commencement.

If a student fails to commence a course or withdraws with less than one
week’s notice for any reason other than illness any monies paid will be forfeit. A medical certificate is required to verify the students’ inability to continue with the course.

Students who cancel or withdraw from their course within four weeks from course commencement receive a full refund of their course fee less 15% as an administration fee.

Applications for refund received after the four-week period from course commencement will not be granted, unless a student withdraws from a course due to serious illness. A medical certificate is required to verify the students’ inability to continue with the course. Once the students medical certificate has been received, any course fees paid less an administrative fee of 15% will be reimbursed to the student.
